"A wonderful buffet of creative power."

(spectator)

In a modern adaptation of Anton Chekhov's 'The Seagull' we see a complex coming of age story about love and the struggles with one's own identity.

Set in the 19th century, in rural Russia all characters are dissatisfied with their lives. Some yearn for love, some for success, and others for artistic fulfillment, yet none ever seem to attain contentment or happiness.

Our adaptation looks at the text from a perspective that reflects the piece's relevance today and illustrates its timelessness. With this production we unite artists worldwide and will therefore be performing this piece in English.
